Frugal is not cheap.
Many of us find it challenging to save money and to live frugally. Living frugally is definitely different from living cheaply. Frugal is not cheap.
The educator in me had to create a Venn Diagram to explain the difference in being frugal and being cheap.
Now that we know the difference between frugal and cheap, I wanted to share with you 10 Ways You Can Live Frugally.
📍Develop and stick to a monthly budget.
📍Drive a used car.
📍Don’t buy new phones. You don’t have to lease or buy a new phone every time one is released.
📍Pack your lunch every day while at work.
📍Always look for discount codes & coupons.
📍 Shop at stores that you can actually afford.
📍Repurpose your clothes. Stop buying new outfits for every social gathering.
📍Borrow your books from the library.
📍Cut the cable. Share subscriptions with family and friends.
📍Ditch the gym membership if you’re, not a dedicated gym-goer. Workout at home using YouTube videos or go for a walk in your neighborhood.
