Write The Vision: The Challenge That Transformed My Life!

“You have not because you ask not.”

When was the last time you sat down and actually wrote out the things you wanted? If it’s been a while, I want to challenge you to write down 300 things you want on a piece of paper and be as detailed as possible. If you revisit your list in a year, you will be surprised at how things start manifesting once you write it down and read it every day.

My Story:

In October of 2019, my Uncle Steve (Steve Harvey) released a Youtube video titled “Write Your Vision”. In the video, he challenged me to dream big and write down 300 things I wanted from God on a piece of paper. He told me to be as detailed as possible and to read my list every day.

So I began writing in my journal the things that I wanted from God. This was not easy and I got stuck several times, but I kept pushing, I was determined to write down 300 things. It took me an entire month to complete this task but I got completed my list on 11/11/19. Fast forward, a year later,  I am happy to say that 15 of the things I wrote down actually happened over the course of the year.

All I am saying is that it is power in writing things down. Write down your dreams and goals, review them daily, prepare for them, work at your dreams and your dreams will become a reality. So I challenge you to take the time to write down 300 things you want in life and read it every day! If you’re up for the challenge, start off by watching this video that transformed my life and began writing down what you want.

You will get stuck while writing your list so here are a few areas to think about while creating your list:

Areas to include in your list:

  1. Career goals
  2. Education goals
  3. Financial goals
  4. Fitness goals

  7. Materialistic Items
  8. Vacations
  9. Opportunities/ Experiences
  10. Giving/Charitable gifts
  11. Business ideas
